Above fee includes the use of our tables and chairs (with our unique chair covers)
For a 5 hour function a maximum of 6 hours of Hall hire applies.
A security bond of $1000 is required. This Bond is refundable in seven working
days by cheque after event has finished and provided no loss/damage of stock/equipment/furniture has occurred during the time venue was occupied by the customer and their guests/attendees.

For max 360 guests $1320.00 using our oval tables with 13 people per table as
well as rectangular tables.
Buffet table $220.00
Set up of buffet/ Includes 3 long rectangular tables with skirt/ decorated with ivy and fairy lights 5 chaffing dishes with oil burners to keep food warm/ serving utensils
Coffee Station $110.00
Set up with for up to 100 people and $0.50pp for any over 100

3 X Stainless Steel sugar bowls
Coffee cups and saucers (Royal Doulton)

You are reminded that upon receipt of hired room/equipment, the responsibility for these items is yours. Care and sefety of the equipment is entirely the responsibility of the hirer at all times. A charge will be made for goods that are lost, or returned damaged and you are obliged to replace with a cash settlement, which will be deducted from your bond.
Staffing requirements
You may organise your own or we can provide you with our own staff.
Security staff
For non-alcoholic events one security guard is required. For alcoholic events
two security guards are
required.
