Venue Hire Fees - Max Capacity 350 people incl staff

Monday-Thursday

$2013.00 (+ $150 for extra hour)

Friday

$2662.00 (+ $200 for extra hour)

Saturday

$3817.00 (+ $300 for extra hour)

Sunday

$3267.00 (+ $250 for extra hour)

Above fee includes the use of our tables and chairs (with our unique chair covers)
For a 5 hour function a maximum of 6 hours of  Hall hire applies.
A security bond of $1000 is required. This Bond is refundable in seven working days by cheque after event has finished and provided no loss/damage of stock/equipment/furniture has occurred during the time venue was occupied by the customer and their guests/attendees.

Tables/Chairs (with our covers)/ tablecloths/napkins/Royal Doulton crockery/ Stainley Rogers SS cutlery/Schott Zwiesel glassware and candelabra (candles not included)

Up to 100 guests $600.00 + GST
From 100 -150 guests $650.00 + GST
From 150 - 200 guests $700.00 + GST
From 200 - 250 guests $800.00 + GST
From 250 - 300 guests $900.00 + GST using our oval tables with 13 people per table.

From 300 - 340 guests $1200.00 + GST using our rectangular tables.

Buffet table $200.00 + GST
Set up of buffet/ Includes 3 long rectangular tables with skirt/ decorated with ivy and fairy lights 5 chaffing dishes with oil burners to keep food warm/ serving utensils

Coffee Station $100.00 + GST
Set up with for up to 100 people and $0.50pp for any over 100
Set up includes
2 X Stainless Steel Coffee Pots
2 X Stainless Steel Tea Pots
3 X Stainless Steel milk Jugs
3 X Stainless Steel sugar bowls
Coffee cups and saucers (Royal Doulton)
Tea spoons (Stanley Rogers)
You need to supply your own coffee, tea, milk, and sugar

Table Decorations

Candelabras Black Wrought Iron (3 candle design) w ivy $10.00 + GST each (candles not included)

Low Single Candle holder –Black wrought iron $3.00 + GST each (candles not included)

White chair covers w sash not fitted $4.00 + GST each
White chair covers w sash fitted $4.50 + GST each

You are reminded that upon receipt of hired room/equipment, the responsibility for these items is yours. Care and safety of the equipment is entirely the responsibility of the hirer at all times. A charge will be made for goods that are lost, or returned damaged and you are obliged to replace with a cash settlement, which will be deducted from your bond.

You may organise your own or we can provide you with our own staff.

$27 + GST per hour/per staff member required

$31 + GST per hour/ per staff member required

Kitchen hands

$22 + GST per hour/per staff member required

Sunday

$30 + GST per hour/ per staff member required

Security staff

For non-alcoholic events one security guard is required. For alcoholic events two security guards are required.

$30 + GST per hour/per staff member required
